Its pitch is search-first: SEO, and now optimization for AI search engines, is meant to shape how a store is structured before the design is drawn, with conversion testing running after launch. Fashion, beauty and food brands make up most of the client list, including Billionaire Boys Club, Muc-Off, Beauty Bay, Hippeas, Rude Health and 111SKIN, alongside charities such as the RNLI and Marie Curie. The Cambridge Satchel Company build shows the detail: a custom Klevu search and filtering integration, Yotpo loyalty and reviews, a bag-finder quiz and a monogram tool with variable pricing. Candy Kittens commissioned campaign themes, and Pharrell Williams' Billionaire Boys Club keeps it on ongoing support.

UK and European DTC brands that see organic search as a main sales channel and want the store, the SEO and the email programme handled by one team will get the most from Charle. Brands with complex personalisation, quizzes or loyalty schemes to wire into Shopify are also a good match. It does not design software products, so SaaS companies needing app or dashboard UX should hire a product studio.
